| What happened to my receipts???
On Thursday I entered 3 receipts as I did some FAR deals with the Northern. Today I get my email to check my SCR status as expected so I log in. I planned on requesting my SCR today and P&G giftcard. All my FAR items do not show up. It is like the receipts disappeared. I also had received the confirmation emails that I entered these receipts so I know I did it right. If I had not it would have showed up as an unqualified receipt but they don't even show up there!!!! I emailed corporate already but I purchased almost all the FAR items so a lot of money is due to me. I assume it is a system glitch. Has this ever happened to any of you?

This happened to me when I happened to login as my account was being updated. Scared me but it was fixed later in the day. ETA> I checked my account after reading this and my last receipt from Thursday is not showing either nor have the rebates been applied. Last edited by kwhaley1967; 10-24-2009 at 06:59 PM. |

This happened to me today too. Some of the rebate items didnt show. To be real honest I thought it was were we had a fuzz at my RA on Wed. I was going to call on Monday to see what was going on b/c the cashier thought the Zantac was on rebate for 2 and I did buy 2 of them. But b/c of a q problem I did them in a separate transaction. She had made the remark that since I had taken one off the receipt that they would have to let the rebate center know and I told her to go right ahead b/c I would only get 1 rebate for both of them anyway. But it cleared and others did not. |

I entered 2 receipts yesterday and they are not showing either but I got the confirmation email that they were entered so I will give it until Mon and if it does not show then, I will give CS a call.

I have the same problem. I input two last night and they were there but this morning they were gone! Tried to re-enter them but it said they already were input. I am figuring it must be a glitch since it has happened to a few people. Will give it a few days then call corporate. Good Luck everybody!

This happened to me yesterday too. I entered two receipts, received the email that they were finished with the link to view them, but nothing changed on my rebate list on the site. I later received another email saying they were done. Still nothing there. So this will get fixed, but we have to wait to request the rebates!

Yep, I'm in the same boat. It seems like it's a good amount of people so I'm sure they'll get an onslaught of phone calls.

Wow, they must be having system problems right now. Please let me know what happens. I wanted to do some rebates but I think I'll wait until things get fixed. |

So glad to have found this post. Same thing happened to me. Two receipts that I entered on the 23rd have disappeared! I received the confirmation email that I had entered them, but now they are completely missing from my account. I tried calling the SCR Customer Service number this morning, but they are "Receiving a Higher Than Usual" number of calls (I bet they are!), and hung up on me. They should post something on their website about the problems they are having. Hope they get this straightened out soon.

Glad to know I'm not the only one. Good thing that insist upon keeping all my recipts until I recieve the check. Let me know if any of you get this cleared up. I sent them an e-mail. It seems to be all the recipts from 10/23 that are giving me the problem as the rest are there.

I just checked my rebate status page and the receipts that were giving me trouble are now in the 'waiting for purchase confirmation' section. So I'm guessing they did some kind of reset where the receipts that were entered kind of got "re-entered" per se. It looks like they should be applied to our accounts sometime this week.

| Missing receipts-
I called this morning the rep said they are aware of the problem. He said there are a few days that seem to be affected the 23rd was one of them. It should be straightened out in 3-5 days!! So don't request your rebates yet hope that helps

i feel much better now! i was getting worried...hopefully it will be fixed soon...thanks to everybody that posted
