Rite Aid ONLINE?

Hi everyone! I don't have a Rite Aid store anywhere near me. I am extremely jealous of all of the deals you pick up at Rite Aid! I was just checking out their website. They are having a deal for free shipping over $25 on non-perscription orders. Do you think I could pick up some of these deals by shopping online? Do you think they would honor the sale ads and coupons? Is there a way to enter the coupons online? Like type in the whole barcode or something? Or maybe order over the phone and read the barcode to the CSR? Has anyone ever done this?

Thanks for any information!

Nope, at this time, Jan'07, they do NOT accept mfr coupons with ONLINE shopping (I looked it up for you).
They are thinking about it, but it is a long term project.

If you have a friend/relative residing in area with a Rite Aid store,
consider asking them to buy stuff for you.
You'd have to calculate the shipping costs, to figure out if the coupon savings would justify splurging on shipping via USPS or UPS etc.

If they ship from say a Staples UPS location, there are coupons out for $5 off shipping, if that helps.

As far as Rite Aid Rebates:
if you live somewhere/anywhere in USA, you will qualify for the rebate.
You can submit online (enter receipt info and request check), there is nothing to mail.

HTH

Sweet!

Hey, thank you very much for the information. The rebates alone might be worth it! Thank you!

I would not get my hopes up w/ RA deals and trying to get in on them if you don't live near one. They are not that frequent or that good on a regular basis. Every so often (think of the Skin Care one from the summer) they are good (that one was great) but they seem few and far between. I have 6+ RAs within a 10 mile radius of where I live (their corp is based in Camp Hill a suburb of Harrisburg) and I may go into a RA maybe every other month.....depending on if anything is going on. It is often tough to find the monthly fars (even thos extension cords and power strips they offer every month). Hopefully you have a CVS instead. Much better and more frequent deals.

I too have many local RAs. Most weeks I visit one. On FARs generally need to be there when doors open Sunday b/c very limited quantities.

Most months there will be 1 or 2 sales weeks that I'll visit multiple RAs (even multiple times each). Besides things like the Skin Rebate in the past, there are often good in store deals for FREE or PROFIT combining sales price + RA coupon + Mfr coupon (& sometimes AR).

Another time I'll 'hit' multiple RAs is when a new RA coupon booklet, mag, or pamphlet comes out so I can load up on them. Often it may not be immediate deals but looks like highly likely upcoming deals based on future sale prices etc. These type deals are often better than RA FARs. Fairly recent examples were razors, beef jerky, & peanuts.

.
Not all rite Aids allow you to combine them. In general I find RA a waste of time but hey maybe it's just me.

It's RA Corp policy to allow 1 RA + 1 Mfr. Complain first to Gm, then DM, & then to Corp if necessary. I have DMs names & phone #s (border 2 districts) when I shop certain RA locations with bad Cashiers. Don't let them mess with you.

RA wants you to use your coupons. Corp understands it's a .08 HF for them instead of paying a processing fee on that amount in CC transaction.

I even use 3 coups at RA on 1 item when 1 coup is a NWPN from a different Mfr.

Use Cats from different stores.

Get the overage ~90%+ of the time (with prep to not have a negative bal at any time).
