I don't know. I always thought that was stacking. A bogo coupon requires you buy 2 items, how can you use the $1/1? I'm not really sure but I am ok with getting them free and only using my bogo

Yes, I go to the one across from Price Chopper in Edwardsville/Kingston in the West Side mall.

I went back to do the m5 razors and the cashiers were really uber friendly and helped me out!

They didn't have much in stock but they told me a woman came in and pretty much cleared them out first thing in the morning.

I didn't know there was one in Plains!

I know about the one in Dallas, I've never been in it though.

Nope you are not alone. I never clear the shelves around here. I never go to the Kingston one. The Plains is on River St. Love that place. I dont go to the one on the square, the other one is on the boulevard by MickeyDs. Nice to have a neighbor here!

(You sound pretty set in your ways, so this isn't really directed at you, bewitched...just offering up my 2 cents to others who might be "on the fence" about it...)

This is the one thing that I have THE HARDEST time explaining to friends & family...

Here's the way I explain it...

The coupon requires (2) items. Put 2 things on the table in front of you. You've now satisfied the requirement for the B1G1 coupon by purchasing (2) items. Now USE the B1G1 by taking ONE of the items (which will be paid for with the B1G1 coupon) and putting it to the side. There is still an item left on the table.

Yes, that last item helped fulfill the item requirements for the B1G1 coupon, but that lonely item left on the table does not have (as amcess721 put it) a discount/coupon "attached" to it. You have now satisfied the requirement for the $1.00/1 coupon because you still have one lonely item sitting on the table.

It's an age-old misconception that you are not allowed to use a coupon on that last item. It's what we were all taught...and it is definitely hard to "see around."

Now that I think about it I've driven right by that RA! Its very nice and new. I used to drive by it to go to work at United Methodist nursing home!

No there was a woman who was obviously doing what I was doing at the Kingston one and gave me some serious eye because I got one of everything when she was getting like 6 or 7 of them.

Thanks for the post. Nothing personal at all. I don't know everything so input is welcome. I always thought that was the definition of stacking.

what i tell people is to add the back numbers of the coupons. a b1g1 coupon requires you purchase two items, so it's like a free/2. a $1/1 requires one item, so it's an x/1 coupon. add the back numbers and you've got three, so you need three items. Anymore than that is stacking. You have 2 items but your coupons require 3.

Is this a regional deal? I have 6 of the $1/1 coupons and 6 of the buy one shampoo/conditioner get one styling product free and thought this would be a great way to get the P & G rebate plus finish out my Fall savings one (I need to spend $23 more for that) and much to my disappointment they were not marked on sale here, they were 4.59 each! so I ended up leaving the store. :-(

So I was reading about the fall gift of savings and the herbal essence...and found that only 1 reward is given to a household...does anyone know if this is true? I ordered 20 coupons for herbal and used them all. I did 12 on 1 account and 12 on another (both for the same household). Does anyone know if I will get $10 for both the herbal essence deal as well as $5 for fall rewards...I racked up to $100 on my other account. I hope so!!!
