I have gone to two of the local (smaller) RA's, and neither carries the paper (even tho it's in the ad) ... but I hope someone can benefit from this post!!

Yeah- scored 3 of them last tonight- only had 3 coupons, but hey- I still have plenty of cheap paper from Target years ago when it went 90% off!

BTW-I bought a Glade plug in and used a $3 off coupon, and A buy glade plug in get Glade light show for free.
Plug In was $7.99- $3.00c/o = 4.99
Glade Light Show was 11.99- $11.99 c/o= free
SCR has $2 fro the Light show.
Final after rebate price is $2.99 for Glade Plug In, (had bonus refill) and Glade Light Show!

I have 30+ of the coupon, and NEED to find a store that has this stuff. It's maddening, I tell ya!

BTW- I found it in the front area of the store, not with the rest of the holday stuff- maybe they just have it placed somewhere you didn't look? When I asked, the cashier had no idea about the sale- surprise, but did tell me they had another display of paper in the front and to check that.

I went today, grabbed four rolls and had four coupons and they gave me a problem. They were really nice but said that they can't take coupons for more than the price of the item. I told them that they had to manually enter the coupons... and they did it. But what is their coupon policy? I have a lot more coupons to use!

Oh, I found it right with the wrapping paper.

I went & purchased 6 together, & had no problems. Is there another longs you can try. The one I went to scanned the coupons through just fine.

I don't have Longs up here... just Rite Aid... and hard to find too...

B, I don't think we knew if you were talking about tape at Longs, or wrapping paper at RiteAid.

When I finally found the wrapping paper, I grabbed 32 rolls of the stuff (it is quality paper, like craft paper, but the patterns on it are pretty ugly) in a cart and went to the register, and gave the cashier the coupons right up front. She gave me the same line "you can't use a coupon for more than the amount of the item." I told her that was ridiculous, and that she should summon the manager. The manager came, and gave me the same line. I told the manager that it was ridiculous, and she agreed, but said that the register was programmed not to accept those coupons. I knew that was B.S. So I suggested that they go ahead and try it, and lo and behold, the register took the coupons. So I got my 32 free rolls of (ugly) wrapping paper.

Glad it worked... GBM- I'm going to try again today... I want to use those coupons but I think if I walked up with 20 rolls the cashiers would pass out!

I gave my rolls to some of the elderly neighbors I have a bunch of paper left from a 90% off target blitz a couple years ago and thought the 3m was horrid

B, wifey (who turns up her nose at anything that I get for cheap) turned up her nose at all of the papers, except the print that had a small holly with a light brown background. She liked that a lot, and really liked the coordinated pattern on the back. She even went so far to say that she might use it for all the presents next year, to color coordinate it all, as it would look great with the color scheme in the house. So my suggestion would be ... stock up on that one, as it is the only one that passed the wifey test!

That's the only one I liked as well!

There is a red with coordinating gold on the back that is pretty when you add gold ribbon.
