I had an issue last wk on the Clean & Clear deal $4.50 each.. I was trying to use $3 C&C RA Q and $2 mfg... Cashier refused to take my Q's period.... Who's wrong? I thought I read somewhere that they are supposed to adjust q's down to amt of item...
With this latest policy update, it takes out the words "clearance" and "sale", which is great. It says they will accept the coupons for the selling price. In your case, they should have taken the $2 manufacturer's, and then adjusted the RA one to $2.50. It's always easier if you have one of both, then they don't have to change the manufacturer's one, which is what some places are hesitant to do.

My stores won't adjust down either. The policy they have up in their store is the one everyone on here was talking about last summer: blue plastic with white print. It doesn't say that they adjust down Qs.

My stores are finally accepting IPs (took them long enough!), but they insist that the IPs have to scan. If they don't scan, they won't take them. I always end up having to talk the cashiers into accepting the RA Video Values Qs that I printed during week 1 of the program, because if you printed your Qs back then, you know that those WON'T scan.

My RA will take any IP's if they scan!

at my local rite aid, the store manager told me that we can prepay for their out of stock FAR items so we can still get the SCR. he said they just write on our receipt that we prepaid, give us a raincheck with the sale price and then call us when our items are available for pick-up. ever heard of this? i definitely got a great deal out of my gift of savings gift certificate!

I am new to this site and was headed to Rite Aid today with great excitement. Then I read all these posts. Now, not so excited. So I'll see how it goes. Hopefully all will go smoothly and they will just accept what I have!

I was having a hard time finding the SCR phone #. I wanted to actually speak to somebody and not have to email. I clicked around and finally found what I wanted. Thought it might help somebody too.

The policy has been revised. Rite Aid will take internet coupons but only up to $5 on front end items $20 on pharmacy items. There is no limit on Rite Aid branded coupons from the Rite Aid website.

This has been so interesting! I am a loyal customer to Rite Aid, but they know me well, and always take whatever coupon I bring in! At my store, they get excited to see how much I save every week! I <3 my jedi cashiers!! I have a new appreciation for them, now! Maybe I will go get them some candy or something for the next time I go in!!

On another note, the local Walgreens has horrible customer service... they don't want my money!
