So that makes .98 or 1.08 OOP (plus tax) for a $5 Rebate. Don't forget you have to enter your receipts online.

1) Do both qualifying skin care items have to be on same CRT?

1) No, separate CRT's are fine.

2) All on one CRT's is fine too.

You can buy it however you want, in terms of how many transactions. one or many, doesn't matter.
