Ugh, Now another call to Rite Aid. Boy I am getting tired of this. Seems to be happening quite often now. I purchased 10 Soy Joy bars for the $5.00 rebate. I am in Ca so I bought them Friday Oct 31 and the confirmation online only shows .50 cents. When I go into the detailed status it does show the $5.00 but only .50 cents on the main page. I added all the purchases up for the rebate and they only added the .50 cents so it wasn't just a typo. This happened on my moms and aunts also. So heads up to watch this one.

Thanks for the heads up. All my other items I bought 30 minutes before I entered the receipt showed but no soy joy. happened to my mom too. I thought it was weird the rebates showed up that fast so i will give it a day or so. What a pain

Have to say though that these bars are a fantastic deal, especially with the $2/10 and buy 2 get one free coupons. They are PAYING me to buy these things.

This dang store frustrates me everytime! I bought 10 today but cashier only rang up 9!! Like why did he give me a free 1 today of all days! I guess I have to go back & buy 1 more before the end of the week!!

LOL, your post made me panic for a second! I just checked my receipt and at first, I thought the same thing had happened to me. But then I noticed that for some reason, one of the Soy Joy bars appears on my receipt after the coupons are deducted. Glad it's on there!

I felt a little bad that my order today was mostly FAR MM items or almost frees. I was going to buy Cetaphil too (great deal on that: buy one, get one half off). But they only had one of the kind we use (as per the dermatologist's recommendations), so I had to go to a different Rite Aid to get those. I'd rather give the business to the store closest to me because the staff there are so nice and take such great care of us.

Thanks for the heads up I see the same thing on mine. I also purchased on Friday and my qualified rebate is only showing .50 and not $5.00. Also, my GUM toothbrush value pack and surge protector are not even listed as qualified and were on the same receipt.

Thanks Ibis, I looked at my receipt again & the 10th one did ring up after everything else!

Just got off the phone with Rite Aid and they said the SoyJoy will automatically be updated into the system within 24hrs so if you log in tomorrow it will show the correct amount of $5.00 instead of .50 cents. They were aware this was a problem. I also noticed my Gum Toothbrush Micro Tip Value Pack didn't show up and got that adjusted. Watch your receipts closely. Rite Aid seems to be messing up quite a bit lately.
