I saw a few people posting about not receiving their SCRs this month. I'm not exactly sure what's happening at RA, but I too haven't received some of my rebates. In fact EVERY slip I entered is missing a rebate. I at first emailed but no response so I called the SCR line and received an adjustment for 2 of the items. Thats great but this morning another receipt goes through and is missing a rebate. Ugh! Not good. I don't want to keep calling because yesterday the girl couldn't even find the almay rebate because her computer was so slow, so she just adjusted it out of the kindness of her heart. But I want my $1, so here goes another phone call.

Here are the rebates I've had trouble with:

1 ALM 100CT O/F EMUR PDS- almay oil free eye makeup remover pads (had two)
1 REV CRM N/E TEAK ROSE- revlon nail enamel teak rose

I can understand how the receipt checker could have had problems with the receipts, if I didn't know what I bought I'd have no clue what the abbreviations stood for.

Just a heads up to really pay close attention this month. Call 1 888 213 9920 to speak directy to a SCR specialist if anything is missing. Thanks!!

I just sent them an email because I bought 4 of the 12oz Suave body wash that should count for SCR #14 an #24. Everthing else showed up but those. Should I follow up with a phone call on Monday?

I should've knocked on wood after reading this... I checked my SCR status and the Loreal didn't post! That's the first time ever a SCR didn't post for me!!

I would call them. I waited for a couple days and heard nothing from my email, so I just called them. It only took about 5 minutes for the whole call.

Okay I called and was told to fax stuff in on Monday. Got an email today that they had adjusted my account, they did, and I got my request in for my August SCR. Whew!

AND the SCR monster strikes again. No 5.99 SCR for Loreal, so I called and got that adjusted, but of course the two I bought to bring me over $25 didn't qualify for the loreal rebate 12. I know it was stated in the SCR guide, but my 14.99 revitalift counted, so I thought perhaps those would too. Can't complain though...at least I got my 5.99 back! And I ended up with 2 of those cleansers for only 2.xx, so did good!

And thankfully the few times I've called I got extremely nice CSRs. That's always a plus!

Yeah, I just noticed I didn't get credit for the L'Oreal facial cleanser wipes. But, I did get credited for the Dove Shampoo and conditioner....very weird. I'm going to give them a call. Thanks!

I saw this morning that the Skin Genesis gel cleanser did not show up. I just called and they gave me the credit no problem.
