| I'm still new to the SCR thing (2nd month). I didn't get credit for the L'oreal skin genesis facial wipes and i can't find my receipt. They won't credit me unless i give all the details from the receipt. Can anyone give me the alpha code for this item as it appears on their receipt? Thanks! |

| Thanks for posting that your gel cleanser didn't show up. neither did mine. So I emailed CS for the SCRs and they told me that nothing on my reciept was eligable. I will call the phone # in the moring to get it straightened out |

| I wonder why some have to fax in the receipts. I've never had to fax in. The first time they helped me by email I typed my receipt to them and the other 3 times I called I just read it off and they adjusted it. Maybe I'm just getting super nice CSRs! |

| OMG!!! My Loreal is not showing and neither is my moms. So I call the number and it says due to heavy call volume everyone is busy. Please try your call again later. And hangs up on me!! I would at least like the option to hold. |

| Keep a close eye on your SCR's is so correct! I finally got my Loreal Cleanser problem resolved. Called first time, CSR told me to fax in a copy of my receipt. Called again just yesterday and read off details on receipt and it was fixed right over the phone. Just checked my rebates this morning and it said my check will be mailed 10/20. Ladies, do not give in to the faxing request! It seems like it depends on who get your call and how they choose to handle your inquiry. RA does have great customer service all in all. |

| This month the Crest Pro-Health 4.2 oz (rebate #163 for $2.69 purchased on 9/29/08) did not show up for me. I've emailed, if no response I'll try calling. |

| The pro-health from last week was the whitening version...although they had signs up for all of them. I returned my toothpaste after I noticed it was not credited. They did not (of course) have the whitening one in stock. Oh well. As far as the Loreal~ I was never lucky enough to purchase it since, again, it was not in stock. So, I have not had to deal with the missing link they seem to have in their rebate system from last month. |
