I'm still new to the SCR thing (2nd month). I didn't get credit for the L'oreal skin genesis facial wipes and i can't find my receipt. They won't credit me unless i give all the details from the receipt. Can anyone give me the alpha code for this item as it appears on their receipt? Thanks!

Did you already enter your receipt online? It will ask for store number, register#, transaction # & date. If you already did enter it online then call 1-800-Rite-Aid & they will credit your account & they never asked me for any alpha code or anything about my receipt. HTHs!

Thanks for posting that your gel cleanser didn't show up. neither did mine. So I emailed CS for the SCRs and they told me that nothing on my reciept was eligable. I will call the phone # in the moring to get it straightened out

I had the same problem and was told to fax a copy of my receipt.

I wonder why some have to fax in the receipts. I've never had to fax in. The first time they helped me by email I typed my receipt to them and the other 3 times I called I just read it off and they adjusted it. Maybe I'm just getting super nice CSRs!

I was thinking the same thing! When I had a problem before it was fixed right over the phone. I'm going to call back again tomorrow to see if I get a different response to my problem.

OMG!!! My Loreal is not showing and neither is my moms. So I call the number and it says due to heavy call volume everyone is busy. Please try your call again later. And hangs up on me!! I would at least like the option to hold.

They wont help me either!!! They need the info exactly as it is from my receipt. Thats fine I have my receipt of course not with me now.
I have to say how unhelpful they are!! They need to work on their customer service with these issues.

Keep a close eye on your SCR's is so correct! I finally got my Loreal Cleanser problem resolved. Called first time, CSR told me to fax in a copy of my receipt. Called again just yesterday and read off details on receipt and it was fixed right over the phone. Just checked my rebates this morning and it said my check will be mailed 10/20.

Ladies, do not give in to the faxing request! It seems like it depends on who get your call and how they choose to handle your inquiry. RA does have great customer service all in all.

This month the Crest Pro-Health 4.2 oz (rebate #163 for $2.69 purchased on 9/29/08) did not show up for me. I've emailed, if no response I'll try calling.

The same thing happened to me. I bought the pro health 4.2 oz for 2.69 that didn't show up. I called but they told me I bought the wrong one. It seems that the night version was on sale for 2.69 also, and since my store had a FAR tag on it, I bought it. I swear I can never get the correct toothpaste, LOL.

Oh well, I used a Q anyways and can always use more toothpaste!

I'm surprised they don't have paypal..i would think that would be cheaper than postage.

I ended up calling and asking, she said I bought the wrong one, even though it said whitening on the box (in small print). Go figure. I'm beginning to feel as though I can't do anything right! WAGS is so much easier!

The pro-health from last week was the whitening version...although they had signs up for all of them. I returned my toothpaste after I noticed it was not credited. They did not (of course) have the whitening one in stock. Oh well.

As far as the Loreal~ I was never lucky enough to purchase it since, again, it was not in stock. So, I have not had to deal with the missing link they seem to have in their rebate system from last month.

WOW! That's awful. I thought mine taking 3 weeks after they cut them was bad. No wonder you don't shop there very often! Sorry to hear that.

Don't feel bad...I have NOTHING but toothpaste troubles. I've done at least two returns and got stuck with one or two I didn't get credit for. You can't even go by the pictures in the rebate book sometimes, as they are not always the exact items that are FAR.
There are entirely too many types of toothpaste to be so nit picky about pro health whitening vs. pro health whitening night or pro health clean whitening or whatever.
