I just got back from Rite Aid. I got two Crossaction Power toothbrushes and used my BOGOF Q (they are on sale for $6 each). I tried to also use the $1 off "ANY CROSSACTION" Q also (I have 2 of them) and the cashier would not accept these. She said they aren't for Crossaction power and I said the Q says "ANY Crossaction". UGH! Shouldn't they have accepted my $1 off coupons??

YMMV on that. All depends on the store & cashier. MHO is you should be able to use 2 coupons since you are buying 2 items, even though 1 will be free.

The cashier was fine with me using 2 coupons, but the problem was that she said the $1 off "ANY crossaction" coupon did not apply to the "crossaction power toothbrush" but the Q very specifically states ANY crossaction.

I, personally, don't think you were wrong. I used it the other day - but my cashier is a couponer too, and I think she understands that you can't always go by the 'picture' on the coupon! Because they do show manual toothbrushes, but we all know that manufacturers can't and don't picture every product on the coupon. If it would have said 'on any manual crossaction' then I can see the problem... Guess it just really depends on your cashier and if they're willing to listen to what you're saying.

2 months ago I tried to use the $1 crossaction power coupon on the manual brush at WAG and it did not scan

they have a different code for manual and power unfortunately

I had a hard time with these, also. I agree with pprogram that the power must not be coded for this coupon. My cashier did enter them manually after I pointed out that it said "ANY". I was actually surprised because they were giving me a very hard time with the Covergirl coupons.

I didn't have any problems. I bought 3 and used 1 BOGO and 2 $1 coupons.

I also tried to use the $1Q and the register beeped. I had one BOGO Q and the 1.00 one. The cashier manually entered it but I don't think she wanted to!! I gave her several Colgate and Irish Spring Qs I had left over and she was much appreciative! I wasn't able to do the Cover Girl Q's but that was OK.....all I wanted definitely were the toothbrushes!
