You need fillers at Rite Aid??

I saw a couple of you adding fillers to your scenarios and I'm confused if you're doing it because of their coupon policy? I know Walgreens I always need fillers, but I've shopped at Rite Aid many times where I have more coupons than items and it was fine. So I was just checking if there is something I don't know?

I am always on the lookout for cheap fillers because it seems that the majority of my transactions fall short of being able to use my UPs by a few pennies. Most of the UPs are in whole dollar amounts but most of rite aid's prices are x.99. So if I am purchasing two items at 1.99 each my total is 3.98 and all I have is a $4UP I can't use it, so I need something to bring it to $4. Make sense? Hope this helped
