While I haven't done a transaction with this yet I know depending on your coupons this will make for an awesome deal! Obviously there are a million scenarios for this because of different tools and prices but here is a transaction I saw on a blog with these prices. They only used 2 q's but I have 4...

I was looking at the ad scans and I am going to wait till 3/27. Revlon cosmetics and grooming implements are going to be 40% off with a $4 UP wyb $10. That is better than BOGO 50% off. I was worried at first about the lingo. What is the difference between beauty tools and grooming implements? In the picture it has an eyelash curler, so I check the eyelash curlers (and everything else, files, tweezers, mirrors, nail clippers etc..) they are all listed as 'beauty tools' so I think that is what they meant in the ad. So, yeah I am going to wait till then cause I'll be able to grab more, or more expensive, items that will ad up to $10.
