Thanks, I guess I read that wrong. I am just super exhausted by all these recent changes. I feel like I need a break from coupons all together lately. I always take a break around Christmas, But this year it may be earlier.

I called one time once I got to Riteaid (my store had actually hand written a sign and posted it as the register of what "they" would not do) The cs person I spoke to called the store while I was shopping and it made a permanent difference! The manager on duty told the cs person that the policy posted was what her dm had told them they had to follow and he responded "I am over your dm, take the sign down and take as many up rewards as a cutomer wants to use and I will handle your dm." And he did! That was right after the +ups had first began and I never had another issuse with ANY coupon issuse after that.
I would rather call the 800 numer while I am in the store, so it doesnt make me have to have a second trip for the same merchandise. But that is just me.

Video values are what code? I have a VV $10/1 Sensationail starter kit and a $10/1 RA email coupon for the same... can they both be used on one item?

This week RA has the BUY ONE GET ONE FREE on Planters Peanuts. Can I use 2 of the $1 off 1 Q from 1/27 SS?

Yes, can use a cents off coupon for both products. You can't use a BOGO coupon for something that is BOGO. In the past you could, but not since the coupon policy changed.

No you cannot use a coupon on a free item. Exact wording from the policy is: a customer can use one "cents off" coupon in conjunction with the item they are purchasing on a buy one get one free promotion.

I believe if one starts with a 48 and the other with a 49 you can use both, but if they have the same code no you can only use one.
