Is everyone having trouble getting into Riteaid.com? I can't access main page...I even tried firefox...nothing?

Yes i called since some of my UPS did not print and they said it was down and they could not even access it. I was hoping to punch in some of my SCR.

When I was talking with online chat, I asked about it. He mentioned the 11th of January and suggested that I hold my receipts in case.

I was able to get in through an email when I signed up (so if you have an email with a link try that)...HOWEVER...same with vv coupons but they only printed 1/2 coupons...so will have to request help from CS

If I type in www.riteaid.com, I get nothing.

I called them yesterday because I had made it to the gold level but now its saying my silver level will continue through 2011. He said there was a glitch in the system and to hold on to all my receipts. He said they would be mailing out the difference in Ups. He also said that it should be fixed by the 11th.

I got a email today saying I only have $6 in Resolution Reward points!!!!! I had $55.98 the other night then did a second transaction and it kicked me back to $6. WTH!!!!! I should have $75.96 and it says only $6. Just tried the website and nothing!!!! I'm not going to be happy. it is bad enough I can't enter my receipts from Dec to get the GOS $$$$$s

I did go shopping today, UPS didn't print on my first transaction. Printed perfectly on the next. Calling tomorrow.

On both receipts, it does state :

"The Point Total Message is temporarily down for year end processing. Your 2011 points are being counted!" And to contact customer service if you have any ?'s.

I had the same problem then I went to my email because each time I entered my receipts they sent me a email and that is how I got to add the other receipts to my gos. HTH
