Baby clothes

My last baby was born last month, and some of her clothes are getting stained due to formula dribbles (sadly, my thyroid went nuts after delivery and my milk supply which once upon a time was humongous, took a nosedive and I have to supplement). There are areas of the clothes that are not stained, however.

The clothes are too stained to pass on, despite my best efforts to get rid of the staining.

I'd like to reuse/repurpose the fabric that isn't stained, perhaps into a doll sized quilt or something like that. Anyone have ideas or links to such projects?

We are having someone make quilts for our kids with their old baby clothes and will be passed down to them when they graduate college. It was hard for me to get rid of all their baby clothes and/or because of stains.
