What do you all think of buying these coupons on ebay for Starbucks? Thanks. (PS this is not my auction, I'm just wondering what your opinion is of buying and using these)

Jewelfaerie - you're becoming the ebay coupon police! These are similar to the q's they give during certain promotions when you register a gift card online. The last one I got had absolutely no size restriction. It was hard to believe. Although mine did have an exp date.

LOL! No, I confess, I bought some of these coupons on eBay and used them and got mean looks and comments from the Starbucks cashier. So now I wonder if buying them is unethical! They're a great deal...I am basically paying $1.75 per coupon and getting a drink that normally costs $4.15. It's a way to satisfy a habit...without going broke LOL!

I had a similar reaction when I used the one I got for registering my gift card online. Not mean, really, but just the hairy eyeball and the cashier had no idea they existed. She did ask me where I got it and thankfully the shift mgr was nearby and came right over to tell her what to do.

That is a huge lot available and a lot already purchased! Hmm??? (wonder how this seller has so many?? but maybe it is just me) But I see it would save buyer money if legit.

However, I really think that it wouldn't be ethical of me. How would someone accumulate so many?

I suspect that this person perhaps is an employee who stole the coupons. Same way that you see Starbucks drink mixes for sale on ebay.

I used to work at Starbucks and we had a book of those coupons in the drawer to give to customers if we messed up their drink order, or they had to wait too long, so it probably was an employee.

Quite the opposite actually LOL. I confess I bought some, and used them but got mean looks so wasn't sure if I had done something wrong. Won't buy more!

I wonder why they would give you mean looks...I always knew what they were and how to ring them in...maybe starbucks just doesn't give out as many as they used to?

...I would buy them...cheap drinks!
