I had my rebate sent back to me saying that I did not meet minimun dollar requirments. buy $50 get $10 for the P & G olympic rebate but my total shows $50.08 I am wondering if it because targets receipts are weird if you use coupons. so say the price is $3.79 and you use target coupons it looks like this on the line:

pantene $2.79
coupon $1.00 off $3.79

I circled them all at an angle to getthe product name and pre coupon price but I think they took the other price.

any one else have this issue?

Is Target a participating retailer? That's the only thing I can think of. I do know what you mean about Target's weird way of showing the price after q's next to the product for return purposes. You may want to give them a call.

Mine was returned stating that "your submission did not include an original dated receipt which is required for this offer" and I did include all original receipts and circles the items and prices just like it said in the form. They are giving me 30 days to resubmit the information with the original receipts, but I can't do that since they already have them.

I had an issue as well where they stated I didn't spend enough. But they only returned two of my 5 receipts. I called and let them know some receipts were missing. They are looking into it and will be getting back to me.

I got the same letter saying that I had not met the minimum purchase requirement. They sent me copies of my receipts which I added up again and the total was $53.08

I called the number on the rebate form to state my issue. Their customer service rep asked me if I used any coupons. I told her that I had. She said that that the minimum purchase requirements must be met AFTER the coupons are deducted. I explained that that requirement was not stated on the rebate form, but she said that was the policy. She took my phone number and is having someone call me within 3 days.

If you got the same letter, please call the phone number on the rebate form.

I sent mine the last day possible and for the first time I blacked out the total, etc that people have mentioned doing. I'll post when I find out if it is accepted or not.

I blacked out everything on mine from the purchases listed DOWN . I took a permanent marker to that crap, let them deny me!

This isnt a rebate with participating retailers, it is open to any store.

It sounds like it is the use of the Target coupons that has caused the issue for the OP.

This is why you always scan in or copy all rebate information! Hopefully you guys did.

Since after coupon pricing isnt a requirement per the form they really have no standing in changing the terms after submission. Hopefully someone got back to you with the correct information. Any update?

This is what happened to me. I called over a week ago and still no reply.
