So, the current Homeland sale ad shows a $10/$40 rebate called the "Thank you, Mom" rebate (obviously referencing the Olympics.) But, apparently you have to pick up the rebate form from the CS desk. Of course, my store didn't have any. Anyone know if the rebate form can be obtained online, and/or if it is good at any retailer or only certain participating retailers?

While I was at the store, the CSR called corp or another store & had them fax her a form. It was so blurry you really couldn't read it, but it was quite small - only about the size of an index card or a little bigger, & it looked like there was just space for your contact info & no place to write UPCs like on other P&G rebates.

Why do they even bother to have these programs if they're such a giant secret??

Ahh, awesome. I just called and the rep said CVS is not a participating store. I believe I have seen posts of people who have had success so I plan to try with CVS anyway.

I have the rebate form, it is like almost EVERYTHING p&g and the rebate form does not tell me the stores it is accepted at, but as far as I know, CVS was a participating store from a million bloggers talking about this one! I would list all the items but there is like 50!

I had to actually have someone at the Homeland Corp. office send the form to me via email, since apparently they can't figure out how to get the actual forms to their stores, like their ad says they will!

Anyway, this is what the form lists:

Seems like there's 2 TY Mom rebates; the one that was advertised in the May PG brandsavers inserts was processed very quickly. I already got the prepaid card which I just submitted sometime in June when I thought I could submit for the SaveTime.Gas.Money rebate but that one turned out good ONLY @ participating retailers when I called CS.

I'm glad I called to clarify and found out the TY Mom rebate in the PG inserts will accept any retailer where the qualified PG items are sold. This rebate was processed so quickly.

When the CS said any retailer that sells PG products, I take that to mean ANYWHERE PG products are sold. What's important is you buy $40 or more in ONE receipt and submit your NAZ in a 3x5 paper. To be on the safe side, I suggest you call their toll free number @ 1-855-5938973 to clarify.
