I sent in 2 separate envelopes, each with the rebate form and 10 appropriate UPC codes. The unopened envelopes were both returned to me marked "Return to Sender, Not Deliverable as Addressed, Unable to Forward".

I just double checked the address according to what was printed on the rebate form and it matches exactly. Anyone know why it would be returned to me?

Sorry I can't help you. I have mailed out 3, so far and I haven't received the rewards, yet.

Update: I have received all of them, now. I can't remember which address. Sorry. But all of a sudden they came one right after another.

This happened to me too! I sent 4 in two weeks ago, and got all 4 back today! I was googling for an answer when I saw your thread!

Hubby thinks maybe they haven't set up the PO Box yet.

So it looks like they are giving indvidual case numbers as mine was similar to the one posted above but different . . . I would email them to say it was returned and get a reference number to use when you send it in if that makes sense.

I think it is pretty much the same deal, but they have a new form that runs through 4/30/12. Must be postmarked by 4/30 and received by 5/7.

Yes you can do it again. I did this same rebate last year and I just got my first new card in the mail today. Yippee! Four more to go.
