I suggest filling in all of the personal information before copying! That way you only have to do it once and then just fill in each bottle's info after copied.

I notice the update says a one time shipping reimbursement of $2 will be given. That is not what was being told to most everyone that reported in here. And that could make a huge difference for those of us with lots to return. Can $2 even ship any package anymore (I mean a package that could hold one of the bottles of meds)?

4.You may mail back multiple products in one package, however, please note:

a. Each product must have its own refund form.
b. Return and refund is only for actual product.
c. A one-time $2.00 shipping reimbursement will be included with your refund. If you are shipping more than two bottles and the shipping cost is more than $2.00, you will be reimbursed for the actual amount listed on the package (US Ground shipping).
d. Please use Standard US Ground shipping.

not sure if this is regional or not, but there has been a recall on excedrin products. this is because they contained other pills like water pills and asprin in the bottles. From what ive heard this is gonna be a very long recall.

Great idea! I typed in the info and then printed out one copy. Finally got the other copies made yesterday. Now I've gotta fill them out. ugh! so much work. Hopefully it'll be worth it in the end when I get a big fat check in the mail.

The new form does allow multiples.

Good that I am reading the new form correctly n I just wasn't imagining it.. I have at least 20 exceeding n was hoping that multiples on one form was correct.. Yahoo... Also just gas x prevention is included correct..not the regular gas x

A friendly person from eBay told me about the recall. It involves the package counts from BF.

They'll refund the suggested purchase amount and full shipping.

I mailed the forms out the day the recall notice went up.

I ended up mailing 2 forms (can't remember why other than maybe one was for Excedrin PM and one was for Extra Strength).

I received 2 checks, one for the Extra Strength (2 bottles) and one for the PM (not sure how many bottles I submitted for but the check was for $47.52).

I did NOT have to mail in the bottles, just mailed in the UPC's and wrote down the numbers on the forms.

WAHOO!! just thought i'd resurrect this thread to tell you I got my REFUND!! my check was in the correct amt for $110!! included $7 postage! Im very happy and it was worth the effort and the wait! submitted 1/26 received 4/7 if you need a reference for how long it took.

How much did they refund you per bottle? I sent them 5 bottles, but haven't gotten my check yet. I was wondering how much my refund would be.
