I think i have the same rebate form except on the back of mine it says save $10 on meat dept. when you purchase

It has the budweiser logo on the front but is not listed for purchase???
It does not say anything about buying beer?? Is yours different form mine or am I just not seeing it?????????

That's a different one, must be open to places that can't have the alcohol as a prerequisite??

Does yours list the same states and have the same addy??
