hey, i have a stupid question. never done a rebate with multiple receipts/items. i never kept track of what receipt was what body wash/cleanser/items. so where it asks for upc can i just enter whichever upc? or will they not 'match' in their system and itll be refused? know what i mean? i ended up with multiple items and ive given lots away so i need to know if i should even try. thanks lots : )

The $10/$30 was called Keeping Military Families Connected. Allowed one receipt. Dated 12/18 - 3/31/12. I have the PDF form if somebody has old receipts - PM me (free just don't know how to post it here).

They needed to be post marked by April 17th, so I dont think the forms will help even if anyone had old receipts...HTH

When putting the UPC info on the index card, does that mean writing out the UPC numbers? B/c I bought Pantene and cannot send them the UPCs or I'd have to cut the bottle....I haven't even used the shampoo yet!

It says to write the UPC info on the index card......of course you dont have to cut out the pantene bottles...
