I had to re-submit mine - I forgot to list my birth date on the MIR form. They attached copies of my receipts, the MIR form and gave me another address to send it all to. Hope it comes back quickly. DS got his today.

If i cant place the description with the right item whats going to happen?? the description is not very clear on receipt and i have like 4 diff kind soaps so not sure which is which . will it be thrown out?

You should get notified if they can't complete it and given the reason as to why. At least that's what happened when my sister did hers wrong with the rebate in Oct. last year.

Ughh just got a letter in the mail today. I miscalculated my total ($49.96) so I didn't qualify for the rebate they allow me 30days to resend my information but I don't have any extra receipts. Darn!
