Ok, I just found at the top of the form it states "for ages 18 and above". YES!!!!

Found this on TFF Blog that I read:

Start digging through your pantry to see if you have any of the following cereals – because guess what?! NO receipt is needed for this rebate, just the UPCs! Collect and send in 10 UPCs from the following Kelloog’s 10 oz or larger cereals along with this rebate form and you’ll get a $10 PrePaid Mastercard by mail.

UPDATE: You can send in up to 50 UPC’s to get 5 $10 Mastercards per household!

I found qualified UPCs for 3 gas cards. Woo hoo!!

I found a bunch of Rice Krispies that are 9 oz

but 3 is good enough and I'm glad I kept these UPCs for whatever reasons.
