As the year comes to a close and I am working on getting some loose ends tied for some rebates I have been working on, it occurs to me some of the rebates I have done have not been fulfilled.

I was wondering if those who have done rebates this year would post your list of ones that did not come through.

Right now, what comes to mind is the Nasogel that I did at the very begining of the year. I read where a lot of people did receive them later, but I never did nor did my mom who I convinced to go buy this stuff.

Also, I was disappointed with the Herbal Essence haircut deal. I sent mine in about April or so. Received my certificate ok. None of the places were in the area (and they do not give you the list until after you receive the cert.) I called and was told that they would search for me and if they could not find one in 25 miles that I could choose one and send in my receipts for a refund (up to $25)

First, the customer service is not good about answering questions or returning phone calls. I called several times over a 3 week period and left messages, finally received a call back and was told I could submit a receipt w/ detailed instructions (copy of receipt, mailed within 7 days etc.) I did just that and that was mid August. No response!

Also, I am wondering about the Ensure TMF rebate. I cannot find the form anywhere anymore. I have called the company and was referred to CMS who handles the rebates, was told that they were in Dr. offices, etc. They since took down the form that I had a link to. I figure I should just use it for the Caregivers to be safe.

Just would like the input if you don't mind. Might help for future rebates.

I never got my Bayer meter rebate (I did pay for the meter, didn't use a Q). They gave me the run around on it, had me resubmit everything, still never got it.

my drano max gel..I filled out the money-back guarantee form that I had printed out..the form even had a spot to write in the upc code for the product, which I did write in. well..a few weeks later they sent me a letter stating I didn't give them the upc code which I KNOW I did..so I resent the information and have yet to hear back or recieve anything from them.

I have not gotten the pots/pans set for $25 P&G purchase at Publix...I submitted end of Sept...almost 3 months!

I haven't either. I had another one to go to my mom's for Christmas. I hope it arrives!

I have not gotten the $50 rebate on the Weather Meter I think it was Holmes. Got a card that said I had not included the UPC code from box, but I know for certain that I stapled the code, rebate form and receipt together in the envelope. They still refused.

The lysol 3 products they said I didn't have 3 products, but I sent in the receipts and the UPCs!

Physician's Formula is not that great either - I sent the mascara one in and they told me it was the wrong product... but it wasn't!

The only rebate I know I didn't get was the Widmer and Chicken which is a NBPR in SD, but I bought it in IA where a beer purchase was required so they wouldn't give me my rebate. Most alcohol rebate forms say that there is NBPR if you are a resident of a certain state, but if they don't, I guess that means you actually have to buy the product in a state with NBPR.

I am still waiting to hear from cms regarding my two different physician's formula rebates~ i looked on the website and saw that they were disqualified for some reason- why i cannot imagine.

Also the pediasure rebate- same notation- also a cms- i'm not sure why this is the case either- am frustrated-oh and also the skillet meal one-what was that~ same story. UGH!

Has anyone ever had a situation that when you pay with register rewards or catalinas oyno that they reject the rebate? wondering....

I delete files soon as I receive my checks and I'm impressed all my beer and product MIRs went through this year. The only one I "almost" didn't get was from Corona when I forgot to put in DOB they sent me a rejection letter with a chance to re-submit if I provide proof of age. I called the 800 number and asked if I can fax a copy of my DL and the nice CSR said no need after asking for my DOB. I got the check in 10 days. The fastest rebate checks came from Olay and beer companies like Bud and Coors.

I have had good luck with my rebates this past year. The only one i haven't gotten was the Physician's formula. Wrong product they say, it wasn't but whatever.

I love the beer ones, they always come fast it seems.

I've always gotten my checks while paying with RRs for Olay and other PG rebates. Same with my beer rebates when I bought soda and pizza with RRs.

I think as many companies as possible reject rebates. It was in the news some time back a rebate clearing house that was purposely defrauding customers & stealing thousands of $$ that way.

The best way if you have been denied is to email them & write them a letter disagreeing with their claim and telling them you feel they are defrauding you & you will no longer purchase their product. I had this happen with a rebate & they sent me my rebate and a ton of non expiring coupons. I live in a state that has laws against bait & switch practices and defrauding people When rebates claim I bought the wrong product I tell them I will write my state reps office & I do fill with BBB. Coupon & rebate fraud by corporations ticks me off.

So far I've gotten all of mine...the Dulcolax and the TMF Palmolive were super slow, but they did arrive. Still waiting on a few more and just mailed a couple the other day.

I did not get two separate Glade ones. I cannot remember what exactly. If I remember right they were for a Glade air freshener and the other was for some other Glade item. Never received anything. I have stopped doing rebates lately. More trouble then they are worth sometimes.

I swear that I'm missing a $5 rebate for printer paper from Staples. I submitted it a couple of months ago and never got it.

The Kraft $10 on 10 products from this Fall was returned even though it was mailed prior to the exp date.

Never got the Natural Dentist rebate from last May.

And worst of all the Bosch $150 rebate for purchasing a new set of w/d. They don't even acknowlege my emails! We will not be buying that brand again in our next home!

I cannot remember the brand name, but I had one for tortilla chips that never came. It was supposed to be a full refund of the price paid and was a sticky on the front of the bag.

We are still waiting on our Menard's rebates from the day after Thanksgiving sale. I'm not concerned that we haven't gotten them, but that it shows they haven't received them yet either ... according to their website.

I never got a free Iams cat food rebate.

One side of the rebate said buy ANY cat food bag, get a 4lb bag free. So I bought the big bag, which I think is 10 lb. In filling out the form, I noticed the other side said buy a 4 lb, get a 4 pound bag free. I could not believe it when I got a letter rejecting my rebate because I bought the wrong size. I sent them a photo of three 10-lb bags in the pantry and asked if they could reconsider. They rejected it a second time.

So I called the corporate number to complain and got a free 10-lb bag. Woo hoo!

I don't remember exactly but I think it was buy $25 worth of P&G products and get a GC for the NFL shop or something? I never got that one =( I don't really keep up with rebates I think I only did that one and the Glade ones this year though, and I got the Glade ones.

Bissell $20 Deep Cleaner Rebate was denied. I purchased the Spot Bot Pro Heat for $109.99 from Kohls.com. As soon as I received it I cut the UPC code directly from the box and immediately mailed it off. Reason for Denial: UPC not valid!

I did finally get the Natural dentist, but it did take a VERY long time. I also received the $10 Kraft one really quickly actually. I would be SOOO upset about the $150 one! Thanks for letting us know!
