Far Physicians Formula free after rebate
Free after rebate on 100% Natural Origin Mascara, Mineral Wear® FaceBrighteners™ and BronzeBrighteners™, Bronze Booster™ Rebate. Each item has a pdf you can access on Physicians Formula's website under the rebates link in the right corner. I can't post a URL because I haven't had enough posts.

Thanks - I was going to post it for everyone, but I don't have enough posts either! ha!

It is a little tricky though - it looks like you have to find the specially marked packaging, because it specifies that you must include product packaging: " Print out and mail this completed form along with the TRY ME FREE label attached to
the product and your original sales receipt with purchase price circled."

definitely tricky...you need to find one with the TRY ME FREE LABEL as stated above.
