$10 Gift Check by mail off Pharmacy or Heath and Beauty Products for the store where you buy 4 participating Kellogg's products (can't be used for Prescriptions, alcohol or tobacco)

All-Bran cereal (any) 10 oz or larger

To receive $10 Gift check you must complete form and mail w/ orginal UPC symbols and original cash register receipt dated between 9/8/08 and 11/24/08 w/ qualifying purchases circled. Products must be purchased in SAME transaction. Limit one Rebate per name, address or household. Request must be postmarked by 11/24/08 and received by 12/5/08. No PO Boxes. Please allow up to 8wks to receive gift check.
