A little FYI, it says you have to submit a CRT from a purchase... I did this one last time they offered it and never submitted a CRT and still got it. Previous times they were charging but not anymore!! I ordered 2 this AM for BR!

I didn't see that in the OP you wrote about the CRTs. You get charged the $2.99 but it is aupposed to be "free wyb" and send them a CRT. i never sent in a CRT though. Those trains go for $9.99 - $19.99 so $2.99 is a great price!
