I have been hit or miss for me with the Venus.
I have encountered a blade challenge. (not fun.)

I agree about the irony of the headline. If I "loved" the product, why would I want my money back? However, I do not love inanimate objects, so I guess I would qualify. The Venus razors I have gotten in the past (all freebies) are good, but not any better or worse than any other razors I've gotten. My husband and I found some three bladed razors at the Dollar Tree that are just as good. Go figure.
