Free Multigrain Cheerios with overage
Multigrain Cheerios are 2/$3 starting today. I had two IP q's for 75 cents off, one Shortcuts q for 75 cents off, and one Cellfire q for 75 cents off. If I'd been thinking straighter, I'd have done two transactions - each one would have given me 25 cents overage ($1.50 - $1 (IP q doubled to $1) - 75 cents Shortcuts/Cellfire = -25 cents). No beeping at all.

I should have mentioned that there was also a 50-cents off q in the 1/18 SS. If you do separate transactions, the q will double to $1 so the end result is the same.

And, even if you don't have the electronic q, with a doubled paper q, it's still 50 cents for a box of cereal, which isn't bad, especially considering these are sort of healthy (better for the kids than the really sugary kind, anyway).
