I wanted to try and get the $5 diapers at the PX/BX instead of babies r us. If I wanted to price match do I need an actual add or can I print it out from their ad online?

I think if it's more than what, a $5 or $10 difference, then you need the ad.

So in theory, I could walk the 500 feet from my front door step to the PX, price match out the wazzoo and still not pay sales tax?
