I printed a copy of the form from another website but I did read on it (the form itself) that it says you need the official order form from the same participating store that you bought the items so I am not sure if you print it if they will accept it or not.

I would be willing to send an envie full of coupons for a form that is actually from Publix if anyone has an extra one. I have yet to find any forms this time around.

I plan to buy 2 PUR filters (since we need them) and they are $12.99 each which equals $25.98 before tax. So for roughly $27.80 I will get 2 filters and the bakeware set which isn't too bad. I hate paying so much for those filters so this is one way to justify the cost of them!

Good Luck finding the form, because, the store that I purchase my items from did not even have the form.

I'm thinking Pampers with the $1.50 mfq and the $5 Publix q and a couple CG blushes with the $8/2 q.

Second scenario for my MIL - Iams dog food with the $3 Publix q and CG blush...

Need to check prices.

Issue....

I bought Pampers cruisers that I thought cost $19.99 for the 102 count size 3 box (according to the tag on the shelf). However, I was charged $25.99. I also got Pampers wipes ($6.71 but came out to be free after the in-ad q).

So do the wipes count toward the $25 minimum for the bakeware set if they were free?

If so I will go back and question the $25.99 price. If not maybe I won't so that I qualify for the set.

I did 2 Pantene shampoo @$3.91 each, 2 Conditioners @ $3.91 each, 2 hairspray @ $3.99 each and 1 Crest plus Scope @ $2.47. I used (2) Free Pantene styler wyb shampoo and conditioner and (1) -$1 Crest from the Stocking Spree Booklet and (3) -$3/2 Pantene from the 9/25 RP and (1) -$1 Crest from the 10/2 PG and a $-5/25 Save-A-Lot printable. Total was $2.11 before tax.

I checked my status online and the only thing it showed was last year's info. I emailed them and got a pretty generic response back just saying that it takes 14 to 16 weeks or something along those lines but they did not acknowledge if or not they actually received my form. So I am hoping they did actually receive it and it did not get lost in the mail.

But now at least I know they do accept the form that was online so this makes me happy!!
