so what do you do with your overage?

I just used the last of my Zantac q's along with some of the J&J q's. I used the overage to get 4 packs of Sargento cheese almost free. Of course, I had q's for the cheese too :-)

Usually whatever my husband wants... He likes certain honey ($4-$5)
So I would buy it with overrage, but I buy other things too so overrage won't be so obvious. I had some cashiers in the past at Publix adgusting the manufactures coupons saying I can not use those coupons because I will be getting the products for free and difference will be paying for other items.

Once you get to know your cashiers, it's good to pick the friendly ones. I have 2 that I avoid because it's always a hassle.

Is there another Publix you can try?

I usually use my overage to buy meat, since it is not very often you find coupons for meat.

Usually I buy parishables (milk, produce, eggs, etc.) that I have to buy every week anyway. Ok, once in a while it will go to wine .

I will try to buy 1 bottle of Walden Farms sugarfree/caloriefree Chocolate syrup if I'm able to get overage from my last Zantac $5/1 coupon that I have. Today I printed Zantac IP, but it was only $2/1.

Primarily, I use it to help cut the cost of my non-free items (meat, cheese, milk, produce). Occasionally, I splurge on something I don't normally buy (fancy cookies). If I don't need anything and don't feel like a splurge.....I just buy a Publix gift card to eat up the overage so I can spend it on something I need in the future.
