If your store accepts whatever harveys as a competitor, I don't see why you couldn't. Pumpkins are produce. Pumpkins cost more than three bucks. I'd say you're safe.

I have a pumpkin patch about 30 minutes away that is also about the experience, but they were about $3.50 each for the same size as Publix, but I just can't see myself paying $5 or $3.50 for something is going to sit on the porch and rot, sorry...happy carving!
