My stock-up items will be the Muir Glen, Progresso beans, Green Giant canned & frozen veggies and Cascadian Farms frozen veggies. With at least $1.00 off per item (more if I have coupons) it's a fabulous opportunity to fill the pantry & freezer with items that are actual necessities.

Just looked at the coupon in the ad. It states, "Limit one deal per coupon per customer."

That to me doesn't limit it to one per customer per transaction. It just makes the customer have a coupon for each deal (like the ClickCallMail coupons for Pillsbury Grands wyb Progresso Soup, Free Publix shopping bag wyb 2 GM products, etc coupons -- they had similar wording and I was able to use multiple coupons during each shopping trip. )

You can go to the publix website, put in TN, view ad on page 10 is the coupon. If you click it you can actually print the coupon directly from the site. It's a little blurry but it prints with a valid date and includes the LU#1998 number.

The coupons does say "Assorted Varieties, 5 oz pkg or Larger" so I'm not sure the all products will work.

My DH likes them alot. BUT when I told him I would be getting more for him this week and wanted to know what 'flavor', he said they all taste the same to him? Some are cashew and some are mixed and some are almond....personally don't know how cashew and almond taste the same.

last time i tried to use the GM coupon for the free reusable bags they told me the item only counted if there was the GM logo on the front not just "distributed by" GM, but i'm sure i will still find some good deals

I used two coupons in one transaction (just a quick trip into the store.)

Some of the brands actually state General Mills somewhere on the label -- just check the labels.

Progresso has "General Mills LLC" near the UPC barcode

Betty Crocker items state, "Distributed by General Mills Sales, Inc." at the end of the list of ingredients.

It's very easy to point those out to cashiers who may question whether the products are actually GM products or not.



And should your cashier need any further proof, just print out this webpage:

Thanks Mad for giving this q a test drive and for the link to Gen Mills product list. This is a great idea to bring list with you to the stores. I'm certain cashiers & mgrs will be questioning the creative but legit usage since most just go by the picture. ***Especially if you plan on using it for muir glen. I looked all over the packaging & did not see general mills anywhere. It says distributed by small planet so be prepared to get questioned & have list ready as back-up documentation.

OMG, these are awesome! I got 5 bags when Kroger did this same special last week, and they were gone in less than 3 days. So much for my boys not liking granola or nuts...I think they do now!

I'm so glad Publix is doing this one, don't have many q's for these, but I need more

IN the better at home booklet there is a $1/2 GM cereal,(no size restriction) if you didnt want to get the big boxes could you get 4 of the small cups for $ 1 each...and use 2 of the $1/2 in BH booklet and use the $4/4 for free and have a $2 MM?

I had a young cashier who was uncertain about a lot of things so she took a lot of time going through my coupons this morning. She did question the $4 off GM coupons but once I showed her that Progresso was a GM brand she didn't have any problems keying the coupons into the register.

I don't think my store ever got them in, either. And since the expiration date is coming up soon, I don't think we'll see those coupon booklets being put out.
