Here's a scenario for Publix using the $3.00 off 5 P&G products CPN from the 9/27 RP. Remember, if you haven't used up these coupons yet, you might want to go to Publix between now and Thursday before they expire!

Scenario:

Buy 10 Dawn dish soaps at $1.49 each = $14.90
Buy 10 or more Maybelline New York eye pencils $2.39

Use 5 or more $0.25/1 Dawn dish soap coupons (P&G 9/27)
Use 10 Publix $2.00/1 Maybelline cosmetics coupon (Health and Beauty Flyer)
Use 10 $1.00/1 Maybelline New York coupon (Tearpad from Walgreens, might be coupons in insert)
Use 2 $3.00 off 5 P&G products

The makeup ends up being free, and the $6.10 overage from the makeup lowers the cost of the dish soap. The more coupons you have, the less money you pay oop. The total cost ends up being $1.55 total, or $0.16 each. Happy shopping!!

Is 2.39 regular price? I have 3 dawn soap coupons and 7 maybellines... so that'd be 10 things, then I could use both coupons, correct? since its 3.00 off of 5?

Maybeline is not a P&G product. OP is suggesting that you use the overage from maybeline towards the dawn. HTH

$2.39 is regular price. No, it's not a P&G product; I really wish it was!! Even if you scoop up 2 more Dawns at full price, the overage from the makeup ought to cover some of that price. Good luck!

I found it on a single sheet tearpad in the HBA section. Its an "early detection saves lives" single sheet and has the

.55c/1 any Dawn dish detergent
1.00/1 any Tide detergent
1.00/1 Tide stain release
1.00/1 Bounty 6-roll or larger
1.00/1 Charmin 6-roll or larger
1.00/1 Pampers product

ok, so if you have 5 .55 PQ and 5 .25 MQ and 1 3.00/5 it would work like this:

5 x 1.49 = 7.45
5 x .55 = 2.75
5 x .25 = 1.25
plus 3.00 p&g
total for 5 dawns would be .45, then you can send away for the kitchen set too =)

i THINK my math is okay, i did it without a calculator...

oh yeah, you're right about the set, i forgot what the stipulations were about the set since i had already did mine. but you can use the 3.00/5.

Can you pretty plzzzz give me more details on the Maybelline eye pencils for $2.39? Perhaps a UPC if you still have it? I was at Publix tonight and couldn't tell which eye pencils were $2.39. The store doesn't have them marked very well so I took a few up to CS for a price check but they were all around $4. TIA!

I went to Publix last night to do this scenario. I looked and found the eye pencils for $2.49!!! Now, I have no clue how that happened!!! Anyways, some of the UPCs are different, but here is a UPC for one of them: 041554530254 and the package says: Maybelline New York Expert Wear Twin Brow & Eye Pencils. There should be 2 red pencils in the packaging. Hope that helps!

Thanks wonder! That will help immensely and I think I saw that pckg but since there were 2 in the pckg I just assumed that would be more expensive. I notice that the stores around me mysteriously don't have the inexpensive maybelline prices on the shelf. They did this also with the revlon clippers/files and the covergirl sponges from the last couple of publix q promos. Just a guess but I don't think this is just a co-winky-dink but thx to afc, I always know what items to look for. Thanks again!!

This is a great deal, but I don't know if I can pull this off.
The $2/1 Publix Maybelline products coupon states "Limit one deal per coupon per customer", so I doubt they would let me use multiple coupons in 1 transaction.
Even with the Revlon emery boards a long time ago I had a hard time getting 2 -3 in 1 transaction.
Our Publix stores are getting to be coupon Nazis, all the cashiers really scrutinize every and each coupon before scanning.
