The rebate promo insert is in 8/3 coupons and also contains coupons for the qualifying items you need to buy. Many of the qualifying items are on sale BOGO this week at Publix (Eggo's, Pop-Tarts, Kelloggs cereals)- however the rebate promo date doesn't start until 8/5 so don't buy your items before then. Also I believe it's limited to 1 offer per household.

You are corrrect on the start date. Plus remember that you have to purchase it ALL on one receipt for them to accept it.

This can be a moneymaker:
10 Poptarts @ 2.25/2 (BOGO), use 5 $1/2 poptart q's, get $10 MIR
= 11.25
- $5 (from q's)
Total = 6.25
Receive $10 after MIR
Make $3.75 profit!

Not sure if you can work it out to make $ with Eggo Waffles...the price isn't listed in the ad so I'm not sure how much they cost.

I FEEL SO STUPID! I went last night and bought 6 Eggos and 4 Pop-Tarts for the rebate not paying attention to the 8/05 start date. That'll teach me!

The Manager at my store told me people who bought them before 8/5 were returning them and re-buying them to get the rebate. Don't know if you have another Publix trip planned, but maybe you can still work it out.

I have mine filled out and in the envelope ready to go. I read it twice and could not find where it said items had to be on same recepit, just within a certain date. Our store was sold out of Eggos so I had to buy those on another day. Don't forget, you have to have the UPCs to send in as well. I am sending it even though it is two different receipts (they both fall within the date range).

I'm also looking for a rebate form. I went back through my inserts, no rebate form in mine.

I am going to put a note in there that says the store was sold out - maybe they will honor it. If not, I have only lost a stamp.

I reminded them that I am a loyal Kellogg's customer and explained that my store was sold out of the Eggos on my original trip. I hope they will honor it!
