Most Publix will accept Competitor Coupons. You should check with your local store to make sure. It varies from region to region
ex: My area takes: CVS, Walgreens, Winn-Dixie, Babies R Us, Albertsons etc.)

Publix has its own Store coupons and you can combine these with a manufacturer coupon. Ex: Cover girl $2/1 Publix coupon and Cover Girl Manufacturer coupon $1/1 can be used to get $3.00 off 1 cover girl product

BOGO-Buy One Get One Free: At publix the first product that is BOGO rings up 1/2 price, so technically if you just wanted 1, you could get it 1/2 price instead of feeling you need to buy 2. (Check with your store on how they do the BOGO, some are going to Buy one full price the second $0.00)
You may use a coupon on the BOGO deals

Penny Deal: Sunday & Monday Publix offers a Suprise Penny item (Store Brand product). It will be listed in the store. (FLORIDA DOES NOT PARTICIPATE)

At my publix in Florida the bogos both ring full price and then the second is automatically taken off, so using 2 coupons is very easy with the bogo because both items have scanned at full price.

I would love to know what other 'regular' sales flyers there are...

Advantage buys - monthly...are there two of these a green and a yellow or does the color change, or is it one thats food and one thats health and beauty?

There are two that are always yellow and green. Yellow is food, green is health and beauty.

In GA, BOGO free means half price and they do take Target coupons in my Publix. Thanks for the great summary though!

I was told tonight by the cashier at customer service that Publix will not price match. I had Winn-Dixie's .99 Kraft BBQ ad, but she said they just do not price match. I'm in Florida.

Was she right, or just avoiding dealing with it? Most stores would price match I would think.

Publix doesn't price match. They only accept competitor store coupons.
If WinnDixie put out a store coupon they would take it, but not just the ad.
