Wizard Benefiber Stick Packs
I just wanted to say I LOVE these! (Okay, I'm a dork. ) I really like Benefiber because I don't get enough fiber. It doesn't taste like anything, which is nice because you can mix it into drinks. I used to take Metamucil and that would just turn into a gag-fest because the fiber thickens. Now with the flavored packets (Benefiber) it's pretty neat. It tastes like drinking Crystal Light plus I'm getting the fiber! Pretty cool!
