Has anyone else had this problem? I really like the idea of not having to put dryer sheets in all the time, but when it comes loose it sounds like there are a couple of huge boulders in the dryer! I tried adding more sticky stuff (technical term, ha ha) but that didn't hold either. Any ideas?

I would contact bounce and see if you can get a new one

I have had mine for awhile as well with no problems. Maybe if you try to put a new one back on try cleaning the area with rubbing alcohol first, then try sticking a new one on.

Mine has Worked Quite Well.
Definatly Clean the area First then Dry it Before Sticking a New one On.
I would Also Reccomend Contacting Bounce and letting them Know, they should send You a Replacement.

been wanting to try that one myself. i was concerned with using dryer sheets after an ex firefighter friend told me how many fires they start in dryers. then watching shows and well you know...anyway call the company. with any luck they will send u a new one or something.

i would contact Customer service, they always want to know this stuff...they'll probably send you a coupon for a replacement. I have had mine in for 3 days so far...and so far so good, I didnt stick it super hard.....just threw it up in there.

Our dryer bar is still holding strong! I would call them and see if they will send you another one... sounds like you got a dud!

I got a dud too The sticky didn't hold, and the bar itself came loose from the holder, what a mess. I loved the idea too. Mine lasted about 2 weeks.... maybe

I've had ours for a few weeks and I love it too It makes the clothes smell so fresh! I really like not having to deal with the dryer sheets!!

No doubt Bounce will makes things right for you if you contact them, then you can really see how well it works! - Good Luck!

I might be able to help here. I don't know where ya'll put yours, but I put mine in the wrong place and straight up and down. Well needless to say, it fell off with the boulder sound and all. I looked at the website and it shows putting it on the drum next to one of the fins, not on it. And certainly not on the back and upside down like I did. Hope this helps someone else.

I am using one and I love mine! like the above poster said make sure to afix it next to the fin things...mine is staying strong and its been on for almost a month and a half!

Mine has been on for a couple of weeks now but i did make sure to read the directions. It did come out of the holder one time. I put it back in and it has stayed since.

I had a bad one as well, lasted not even 2 weeks. Had it placed right and everything. I'm on my second one and its lasted longer (fingers crossed). I did email bounce and have not gotten a reply yet.

I have mine but haven't put it in yet, I've hesitated because I was unsure as to whether sticking it to the dryer would damage the dryer surface when you have to take it off...Anyone have any insight on this concern that you can share?

Mine fell off after about 3 weeks as well, but it was almost gone(SO MUCH FOR A 2 MONTH BAR) It really does smell good though. Happy I got it for free or would be pretty upset about it not lasting/ and falling off.

mine fell off too, but not the whole thing, just the bar itself. just make sure when u stick it back in that it clicks and it should be fine..the first time, i didn'tmake sure and it fell off again...then when i heard the click the second time i figured that was why...and its been in since!

No problems with mine. It's been on since July 1st.

I wiped the spot inside the dryer with rubbing alcohol to make sure there was no residue from fabric softners, before attaching it.

As far as worrying about sticky tape being left on dryer, there's this GREAT stuff called "Goof Off", I use it on everything, it's great for removing sticky labels.
