Being a former firefighter, I got to tell you that most of the fires do start in the dryer, but they are mainly caused from lint getting build up under the frame, and in the exhaust. Make sure your vacuuming this area out at least 2 times a year. ![]() |

Mine fell off too!! It also left a nasty mark on the inside of my dryer I cannot get off! Thank goodness DH doesn't do laundry or he'd be pretty upset...anyhow...I contacted P&G and they never did anything.

Mine lasted about 3 days, I did follow the instructions, after first try it was on the bottom of the dryer. I restuck it in the holder and it lasted one time. The third time it was in pieces in my dryer with my clothes. I did contact Bounce and they sent me a link which went nowhere on how to install, they also left me a phone nuber which I will call. Good luck to you, maybe you should e-mail them.
