Arrow System not supported!
Just recently, I've become unable to print coupons, from Smartsource or Coolsavings. As soon as I logged on to their site, I would get a msg saying, we don't support your system. So I emailed them asking what the problem might be. They said they don't support Windows 2000 operating systems. They recommend Vista or XP. Anybody else having this problem?

I can't do it anymore either. But when you try, look at the bottom and click on the 'help' link. Sometimes, depending on the company, they'll mail you one. I know it stinks, but it's better than nothing.

I have the same problems sometimes and I have Vista. They will say Vista is supported but then tell me my computer is not supported?

I have XP and that happened to me a few months ago... I uninstalled the cpn printer and reinstalled it and it has worked since.
