I have the same problem, so I just sent them an e-mail and with-in a day or two, they e-mailed back and snail mailed 6 coupons to me. I think they arrived with-in a week. I would suggest trying this.

My mom just received either 4 or 6 Qs in the regular mail from them. Pretty good ones $1, $1.50 and I think $.75 were the values, all for various items

I dont really know how she got them, she is not one to sign up or coupon so I thought it was strange
