I didn't do anything. It just started working again. I guess the coupon company's software had its "kinks" worked out. My computers were fine and were not affected.

I don't know why I suddenly CAN NOT print the bricks coupon.
I tried to follow the steps that were posted on this page and still not work.
I checked and un-install and reinstall the coupon software and still not work.
I restored my computer back to early day and it's still not work.
I turn off my virus software scan before print the coupon and it's still not work.
It keep asking me to install the software when I tried to print coupon at coupon.com
or If print bricks coupon then it asks me to enter my Zip code, once I do, it gets stuck on "loading"...
I don't know what else I could try to make it works.....
could someone please please please ... help.

I have been able to print coupons fine until a couple weeks ago when this happened to me, and nothing I have done has helped, and I have done pretty much everything just like you. I even tried it on my brothers new laptop, installed the software for printing and I get the same message. It varies, either it asks me to install the coupon printer, or it tells me there is something wrong with my printer. I have even tried using a different printer with no success. Pretty frustrating to say the least. I have no idea what to do now. I can still print Target coupons and smartsource coupons. Just no coupon.com, bricks.com, or redplum. :/

Every now and then I run into problems with the printable coupon sites. I don't know why, but it happens and I haven't done anything different. The only thing that I can guess is that my computer automatically updates new software and I think that maybe with that, some sites don't recognize the update and then I have problems. The only thing I can tell you to do is to reinstall your printer and hopefully that will work. Good luck!

I just get a blank screen whenever I click on a bricks link. I don't understand why. I never used to have this problem. Can anyone help?? I also get a blank screen for coupons.com. This is so frustrating!!

Has anyone else had this...and what can I do!!??

A few months ago I started having trouble with Bricks Qs...every time I try to print in Firefox the browser would crash. At first I could try again 3-4 times and it would finally print. Now it doesn't matter how many times I try...it crashes EVERY time!

And then I tried copying and pasting the link in IE and switching the "wg" to "wi", but as soon as I hit enter and the page reloads, it automatically changes back to "wg" and won't print of course. I even tried copying it into Notepad and changing it there, then copying into IE and it switched back to "wg". I'm getting SOOO frustrated!

Anybody know what to do with this?

Does anyone know what to do if you are printing a q and the printer jams and messes it up? I can't print another one because it says I've reached my limit, but I think the way it came out, the q is unusable.

I have tried these fixes and all I get is a blank screen. My computer will not even show what is supposed to be printing. This only happens with Bricks coupons. It doesn't ask me to install the printer....just a blank screen. no man, no green button. Nothing.

What am I doing wrong? this happens on IE, Firefox, and Chrome. I just want the printables!!!

the url doesnt contain any wg in the link, so i dont know how to proceed
