I haven't been able to print them either. It keeps telling me to reinstall their coupon printer. I do, but it doesn't help. I'm giving up on them because I haven't been able to print them for at least 6 months.

I have an all in one printer (HP) - it's less than a year old I print wirelessly from my laptop(s). no problem. I assume you've checked your default printer?

I would suggest.. uninstall the coupon printer.. reboot.. reinstall it. I sometimes get "must install coupon printer" - it happens on a few links. Then I try a new Q link and it works fine.

Also.. if you are behind any type of firewall (work pc, even some home networks with firewalls, etc) you could experience issues.

I've not had a TON of experience with printers - so I'm no guru. I do work on computers as a job though.

is a common error for Lexmark printers. Microsoft has a fix..but it isn't an easy fix. It requires a "registry hack" - that shouldn't be done without some help from someone who has done it before.

My two cents.

This is two fold.

One I had to use Apple Safari to be able to print at all. (FF and IE both gave me an internal error.)

Two is that I can only pick like one page at a time of coupons. Then they print with no issues.

The links that work are the ones that begin with "Start.asp" or "Bstart.asp". Other links take you to a state that's supposed to be partway through the printing process, but you won't have the session set up with the server, so the web site sees it as an error condition.

So I use this search phrase to filter out the bad ones -

site:bricks.coupons.com start OR bstart

BTW, for the people who said the "site:" syntax didn't work - it's a Google special keyword. It won't work with Yahoo search or AOL or whatever else.

Now I just wish I could figure out how to filter out all of the old "this campaign is over" results...

Oh you smart cookie!!!! It took me just a few minutes to go to the Apple site, then download the software. It does take a couple of minutes once you click on the coupon to print for it to spool and then print off. I printed 2 of each and it looks like it might let me print 3 from the Arm and Hammer site. Worth the wait for it to spool and print. Oh thank you so much for being such a smart lady.

I could not print SS until I went in and deleted the Java application and then reinstalled it, dont know why that worked but it was definitly worth the effort.

So, everyone uses different browsers, from IE to FireFox to Safari.

Sometimes people paste Coupons.com/Bricks links that they recieved in FireFox, which do not work in Internet Explorer or vice versa. You get the "Please wait..." or "Please Install The Coupon Printer" even if you already did.

This trick will allow you to simply change 2 characters in the URL to make a FireFox link work in Internet Explorer and vice versa

Here's how easy it is, the following is a FireFox link:
hxxp://bricks.coupons.com/Start.asp?tqnm=ri3peuo59687503&bt=wg&o=53740&ci=1&c=GM&p=TyQrvJAY

note the "wg" in the URL. This link gives the repeating Please Install The Coupon Printer in Internet Explorer.

To make that link an Internet Explorer link we simply change "wg" to "wi" OR "vi" (in this case, both variations work, other coupons it may be wi or vi, trial and error):

or

If you want to print Bricks coupons on a MAC with Safari, replace the "wg", "wi", or "vi" to "xs". You can also do the reverse, take a Safari link "xs" to IE "wi" or "vi" or to FireFox "wg".

You do the opposite if you want to print an Internet Explorer link in FireFox!
