I spotted one hang tag for $1/2 on some Welch's at Rite Aid and a couple on Welch's at Target. They are out there, but not many. I don't know if they've been out awhile and were mostly gobbled up, or if they just came out. I can't remember the exp date, I think it was around May.

Thanks! I don't usually buy shapoo unless it's free or less than a dollar, but there haven't been deals like that in a long time-- since my stores got the gas program. I think I'll get the $1 shampoo.
