I found a free magazine at Price Chopper today (Mohawk Commons) that includes a mail-in form from Kelloggs for a $10 gift check that can be used for a pharmacy or health and beauty product purchase for the store where you made your purchase. The magazine was in a display near an endcap by the cereal aisle. It has a picture of a woman with a little girl on her back.

The form is located between pages 6 & 7. You need to buy 4 participating products in the same transaction between 9/8 and 11/24 and send in the UPCs and store receipt:

Kelloggs All Bran Fiber Drink Mix 8ct or larger
Any Kelloggs All-Bran cereal 10 oz or larger
Kelloggs All Bran Crackers

Mini Wheats, Smart Start and All Bran Fiber cereal will be on sale this week for 2/$5 and there are a ton of printables out there right now for Kelloggs. There's some just for Mini Wheats and Doodle posted a link for one that's for any Kellogg cereal 10 oz or bigger.

Funny thing is I got my Fuel for School $10 rebate from Kellogg today.
