OMG! This is amazing. And I marvel that there are 7000 people watching it right now - 7:30am central time. She just fed them all a RABBIT! It was front and center - from the chat posts - never seen so close and "personal". Ripping a rabbit to shreds to feed her young - and then when she was done, the rabbit's leg laying there right in front of the cam...clear as day! It's still night cam - and someone said "THANK GOODNESS!" I can only imagine what it would be like otherwise.  One of the hatchlings got away from the pack and she immediately tucked it back in under her...it was amazing! Then she looked STRAIGHT INTO THE CAM. I am not kidding...it was like she was saying "Some PRIVACY please? I am eating and feeding after all!" LOL!! Then after everyone was full - or Mommy was tired...either one - she tucked them all back into the box further. Someone said "hmm mcGee his grand entries.....maybe I should move back a little" McGee is Daddy...so I assume he must come into the box with some flourish, huh? LOL!! According to those watching, they got a rabbit and 2 mice last night. Nature truly is amazing. I was thinking "Did someone give them to her?" Then realized...NOPE! After reading the description of the cam! These are wild owls, living outside of a huge Metropolis (San Francisco Bay Area) There are 4 hatchlings now...still waiting for one more. Imagine when they are all growing and start moving around a lot...and then go out on their FIRST FLIGHT! WOW! Now THAT would be a sight to see...I wonder if the owner of this will make that possible? OMG!! She literally just pooped at the camera...that was hilarious! And I have the SOUND UP! Anyway...this truly is a peek at nature - if you are lucky enough to be able to catch it during the nighttime hours. They are nocturnal so I would assume during the day, they do a lot of sleeping!
