I emailed Pathmark for their coupon policy and thought I'd post it on here in case it can help someone.
Also, did you know that A&P owns Pathmark? I know some Pathmark employees and A&P bought Pathmark not too terribly long ago.

Listed below is our current Coupon Policy which is posted at the Courtesy Counter in our locations;
COUPON POLICY-
Manufacturer coupons are accepted at face value in all stores without a limit-Stores honoring double coupons can accept up to four coupons for four individually purchased items (example; if a customer purchases five cans of Maxwell House coffee and has five coupons, the cashier can double four manufacturers coupons and takes a fifth coupon at face value).-
Customers will not receive money back if the coupon value is greaterthan the retail price-
Internet coupons are not accepted-
Competitors' coupons are not accepted

That's interesting. I had always assumed they wouldn't accept any more than 4 of the same coupons. Now I know!
My Pathmark always accepted IP's though. I wonder if that's changed.

Yeah, every Pathmark I've been to accepts IP. even doubles them. Just used the $2.25 Silk Soy milk coup the other day.

Yeah, my mom shops at Pathmark ( i don't live in jersey yet) and I have sent her IP coupons so she could use and she's been able to use them, so I was suprised at that bit of info on the coupon policy, too. Weird.

I went to Pathmark on Monday and the front end said the don't accept printables and haven't for 6 months. I knew that was a lie because I used them 3 weeks ago. Then today I get the weekly pathmark.com smartsource email which are printables. I called customer service and spoke with Frank. Who said yes they do and no nothing has changed and would check with the boss and call me back. He assured me that by the big man himself, who ever that is, that there policy has not changed and they infact are accepting IPs. He also mentioned that Waldbaums and A&P are not, but Waldbaums is in the process of completing a program for the stores so they to can accept printables

Pathmark in my area has started to accept competitor and internet coupons. I think it depends on the store.

For the past two weeks the ad has said they accept internet coupons. I called Waldbaum's months ago to complain about them not accepting IPs and they told me Pathmark did. Strange that they have two different policies on the IPs.

I called A&P store today to ask them about printables because there is a link to the kraft coupons on their website. Now why would they put that there and not accept them. That makes no sense but she said that no they don't take them. Crazy!!!

My Pathmark in PA it says the following in the weekly add: They double coupons, they accept ALL internet & competitor coupons.

I live in Westchester County, NY and my circular has a huge banner across it that says "We accept internet coupons"

I live in NJ and my Pathmark accepts all Internet coupons and have started taking competitor's coupons. They do not hassle me if the Internet coupon does not have a website printed on it. Shoprite refuses to take an Internet coupon without a website printed on it. And of course, A & P who owns Pathmark also will not accept Internet coupons. And I also asked A & P about the Kraft printable's on their site in an email and they never answered it. Doesn't make sense to advertise it and not accept the coupons.

I often go to 2 PathMark Stores in my area and they only allow me to use 4 coupons and they do not participate in double coupons.
