My Babies
My twins are graduating from Kindergarten tomorrow. This is my fourth and last one and I am not dealing very well with it. I know they are not going anywhere but they do a slide show of the kids in the class and I just bawl like a baby at these things. My momma said I would never make it through high school graduation. She is probably right it makes me teary eyed just thinking about it. I can just close my eyes and see their tiny little preemie bodies and now they are 6 and so big and independent. No one would ever know they were so small. Oh well enough mellow drama for one night. Thanks for listening!

I understand I bawled my head off because my DD turned 16, you would have thought that the kid was packing up to move out!! I too get real emotional and that sort of stuff. My DH laughs at me because I cry at the freakin news at night!

OK, I have a great one for you. Some of yu know that my youngest is autistic (and has a lot of other disabilities), so today his class had a mothers day luau. He is in a regular ed K. Each kid wrote a thing about their moms like "my mom is so smart because..." and so on. My son wrote that "My mom is as pretty as a vision of heaven". His teacher read it to everyone one today and I just :bawl:

My boys are 20, 19, and 15..my girl is 17. I am thinking of how cute they USED to be. Now I am envisioning what they would write today: My mom is-----that wretched ill-tempered woman that won't pay my car insurance My mom is-----obsessed with coupons and sits in front of the comp too much My mom is pretty as--"Mom, pretty? Yeah, right" My mom must love me--she let me move home and bring my pregnant g/f w/me they were so much cuter when they were little ![]() |
